For those who rated him as bad, well,if you really want to get into stocks, I suggest you really pay attention to him NOW!. Have not finished class yet, have him now, and I find that everything everyone said is true. He is the worst teacher ever. He does not help on any homework and lies when he does "help" with it. I wish someone would please fire him so I can understand Business Finance, at least a little.

Just repeating what everyone else here is saying... he's a terrible teacher. Lots of HW that he teaches you how to do after you've gotten it back. We also didn't have a single test until the final, which was insanely hard even tho he let us use our laptops. Do not take! you will learn nothing and get a bad grade for it!

Carlson is not the person to take for this class. He is terrible. We ended up having zero tests...YES, zero tests until the final. Obviously, the final blew us out of the water. Tons of homework, and you don't learn a thing. He shouldn't be teaching.
