Ms. Gonzalez is a good teacher but weird. She is VERY dramatic. I'm not the best at math so I would like a serious professor that will teach the class. It was hard to focus with a professor shouting constantly. We hardly used the textbook. She used the etext so buying the book is wasting money unless you like hard copies.

I have always done well in Math but I did struggle a bit with this class. I wen to class every single day and I ended up with a B. She drops your lowest exam grade if you do not miss over 3 days of class. Homework is a must to boost your grade because at the end she counts it as an exam grade which should be an easy A.

She definitely knows her stuff but I agree that she gets frustrated when you don't understand. Instead of taking time in class, she requests you come after class to her office. Hre grading is tough on the in class tests as well. I got a B in the class but when I wasn't in class, I was constantly studying at home. Tough class.

The homework is easy but tests are tough. She often seems to get mad or irritated when people have questions. She doesn't give detailed notes but the mathzone homework helps. She is strict on attendance and doesnt do make up tests no matter what the cause of absence. If you arent good at math & need a lot of help I reccomend not taking her class.

It seems like she chooses the easist problems to work out in class and then chooses extremely difficult homework and test problems. The projects are annoying and seemingly irrelevent. Her tone is distracting, I'm not sure how to describe it, just something about her voice. She is very sweet, but her class is difficult.
