I was a terrible math student (never took calc in high school and didnt do so well in most math classes i took) so decided to take Formal Logic to fulfill the quant requirement. I found the course pretty easy and McArthur to be a good professor. He is really funny and also pretty clear when explaining things. I definitely recommend him.

I took intro to Logic to fulfill a requirement my senior spring. I was dreading it, but Prof. McArthur is awesome. It ended up being my favorite class in my four years. He's hysterical and very helpful outside of class. He's approachable too and in a class of over 100 he knew my name.
