Dr. Eneyo is by FAR the worst professor I have ever had in the IE dept. Given an interesting course that could be very useful, Dr. Eneyo *tries* to teach useless out of date methods that have nothing to do with forecasting. If you want to spend hours and hours trying to teach yourself VBA code to do a class about Forecasting take IE 483.

I took engineering economics with enyo. I did not learn a single thing. The first 2 tests are online and I got good grades on them, but I failed the last test and got a B due to a big curve. Enyo is one of the most useless professors I have ever had. He is are to understand and the only reason I went to class is so I would not miss a pop quiz.

I am so sad that I didn't take classes with him earlier. By far, he is one of the best in IE. You have to do your homework and papers and group project but everything is easy. The test was long but all from the notes. I will take more classes with him. I would recommend to take graduate level courses with him. He is the best and easiest so far.

Comment:

Uses Pearson's MyLab for HW and Quizzes. Quizzes are timed and can be hard to finish within the limit; the solutions manual helps. Lecture are hard to follow as he jumps around the material. Exams aren't hard, and he is generous with partial credit. There is no partial credit on on the final, but there is a good curve to the overall class grade.

This guy curves the class like a pro baseball player, however: His tests consist mostly of trick questions, He teaches topics not in the book, He doesn't fully cover how to do the harder problems in the book, There is no solution manual for the book and the answers he posts online are all in Excel and aren't explained. P.S. assigned seating.

By far the worst prof in the eng department. Frequently 5 min late. Makes you stay over. And loses train of thought on a daily basis then is surprised when you have questions. No clarity of due dates. Completely overestimates how much time is needed to complete the hw and the tests contain around 25% of what he has actually covered.

Be very careful... This class is very easy for the first 2 weeks. So you think psh..I can skip class and just go on the days the hw is due...dont do that. It doesnt work after week 2. As for Eneyo..eh. He is hard to understand but he is helpful. He will push back the hw due date a full week if he doesnt think the class is ready. Plus he does curve.

Terrible teacher. Very scatter brained and doesn't cover half the material before assigning the HW. I haven't learned a damn thing from him. Only reason I'm doing fairly well in the class is because I struggle through the HW using the book. Very VERY unorganized. STAY AWAY! Only positive is he has a pretty good curve.

The single worst professor in the School of Engineering. Extremely arrogant and pompous. Powerpoint notes are riddled with errors. Topics he teaches are 20 years out of date. Hasn't published research in 10 years. The IE dept. would be far better without Dr. Eneyo.

he does not go into detail when teaching, sometimes confusing. The test, he will put questions out of nowhere that he never talk on the class nor homework, or where people less care about. If I had a choice, I would have taken another instructor.
