Dr. Bob is not a good vocal teacher. He hands out music rather than helping anyone improve. Very unorganized, hands out new music days before a concert and no respect for students' time or other commitments .

Dr. Bob has really gotten worse. I used to enjoy this group and now and can barely stand it by the end of the semester. He's just obsessed and not in a good way. We get out of class late and can't get dinner on some nights. He thinks that running class long is the exception but it happens too often

Dr. Bob has zero respect for students or their time inside our outside of class and as a result the choir struggles. Dr. Bob has good intentions but his time management is lacking and his rehearsal techniques are boring and ineffective. He lets students into collegians that are not musicians and not good vocalists and this makes the choir struggle.

Dr. Bob has no respect for students or their time, and as a result, students don't respect him. He has good intentions, but his rehearsal technique is boring and ineffective. He allows students into Collegians that are poor singers and then yells at the whole choir when we don't sound good. It is a very frustrating experience.

The demand for this class is heavier way heavier than the credit. The class meets 4 times a week and we often stay later than scheduled - especially when we're getting ready for tour. I want the group to be good too - but he thinks this is the only thing we have to do. And on tour - the practices are totally killing us before performances.

Challenging and caring. Likes to take international trips if you are in choir. If taking piano with him make sure you practice... he knows if you dont and you'll get the "evil eye" ;)

It can be said for sure that Dr. Bob LOVES what he does. It gets annoying that he has 100 question tests for a gen ed music class. I got an A, but I had to spend a lot of time studying. My hand would cramp from notes and my attention span in that class was that of a gold fish. If I were a music maj then I'd probably like it more, it was a bit much.

He is a great Music in the Western World teacher. He is very good at explaining things and he is always there when you need help.
