Without a doubt one of the best classes I have ever taken. This was my first online class and I was nervous to take one. This instructor is very helpful and wants to ensure success for students. Her assignments are insightful and will make you work and use your brain. Definitely a class all should take. Put in the effort and you will do fine.

Comment:

ALL new college students should take this course, it will make their college lives much simpler. This course gave so many resources for taking college courses. I also took some workshops for extra credit. If I hadn't of taken this class, I would have never known about the free resources available. Lot's of work, but worth it! Bobbi is great!

Fairly easy one credit class. As long as the work was completed and effort was evident I got full points. My work was almost always graded with comments within 24 hours, even on weekends and Bobbi included positive constructive advice!

My spouse took this course online 2 years ago and says it is now nothing like what she took. It was difficult to understand and confusing at times. We were supposed to perform a certain way but were never informed of what the task actually was. It was like being in middle school.

This class was useless for me. I only took it for the credit. I feel like I already knew everything that I "learned" in this class. I had already taken a lot of online classes before this one and honestly I hated that I had to pay for this class. Overall, she was a good instructor with her teaching style, but way too much work for one credit.

Bobbi is a patient, kind, generous instructor who I've used for two reading classes as well as ssp125. She answered all my questions and worked with me when I needed her too. Would recommend her to ANYONE. I'm in college to learn so I expect there to be some challenge.

For a 1 credit class I did more work then any of my 4 credit classes. Unless you have to take the SSP DONT! its a HUGE waste of effort and time! This Prof doesnt even email back when asked questions.

She makes this course interesting, and gives it some flare! I took this class to be successful at distance learning, and it should be mandatory for any distance learner! She gives you tools to be successful in all areas of education, and life really. Being able to time manage and study on a schedule is very beneficial!! Turn in the work, get the A!

I agree with the two comments below, this professor is HORRIBLE. I am SO sick of this class, I can't until I'm out of here. I took 2 courses from her, and she was not useful or helpful at all. If the entire class doesn't understand a subject she just assumes that no one has read their texbooks, and tells everyone to reread. DOESN'T offer help AT AL

I took her on-line class and hated every minute. She assigns chapters to read and in those chapters are exercises and practice tests but no answers and she doesn't provide the answers either. When I did badly on a test her only comment was I see didn't do very good. No offer for help, or explaination. I will never take her again.
