I hate math and I thought this class was going to be very hard. I passed this class with an A! All you have to do is go over your notes before every quiz or test. She also gives amazing study guides that covers EVERYTHING that is going to be on the test.

Comment:

If you don't do something exactly the way she did it you will get counted wrong, even if you get the correct answer. You need to write EVERYTHING that goes through your head down even if it's 1+12, because if you don't she will count it as wrong even if it's correct. She rarely gives partial credit.

I love Bonnie! Last semester she was sick and had to leave for two weeks. Safe to say my whole class was lost without her. She goes slow enough and explains math like NO OTHER professor I have taken. She is firm, but brilliant. She gives 8 GROUP tests and keeps the highest 3. She has a mid term and final.

She does not give many tests but she does have about 8 quizzzes a semester and she drops the lowest 3. She is willing to help her students during her office hours. And if you cannot make hours she takes apointments.

She knows her stuff, and if students would take the time to pay attention, the class would be cake. She teaches each concept slow enough for everyone to learn it. No textbook required, but I did end up using maybe $10 in printing credit to print the material. Cell phones aren't allowed in class (no big deal), and she won't tolerate disrespect.

She has very clear grading criteria but is a tough grader. She requires you to participate in class and does not give second chance. This course I feel is very simple and easy, though she made it very complicated.

Amazing Professor. She genuinely cares the grade her students take home. Pay attention in class. Be sure to take good notes, and keep up with note cards! This class comes with a lab class as well. She gives a lot of quizzes, but it is for your own good. What you learn on the low stakes quizzes will help you on the tests.

She is very strict and thinks she's the queen of answers, but gets them wrong on handouts. She uses all of your printing credits. She is very extra and rude and also shows favoritism. You have to study. She don't like to be asked questions after class she will have an attitude. Don't sleep in her class and she throws shade towards certain people.

This teacher is very strict about how you write your assignments. She is sarcastic at times, she has a smart mouth, she only teaches each concept ONE WAY. She does not believe in make up work. She makes mistakes BUT do not make her feel intimidated OR ELSE! My classmates and I have had to go the extra mile to understand her work. Avoid her if u can

Regular D2L assignments, pay close attention to what she writes. She will perfectly describe what she wants, and how she wants it. If you fail to follow her guidelines, you will lose points. Despite it appearing dull and overkill, the information learned from this class -will- help you later on. You can ask her anything, and gives extra credit.

Very clear about what she expects from you. The class is very helpful when it comes to learning the ropes of the campus. I learned a lot of very helpful information and will use many of her handouts for the rest of my college career. She is prompt with emails and gives out very good information. Mrs. Hodge is an excellent professor. She is very thorough and helpful. As long as you speak up that you do not understand she will help until you do. I actually requested her for another class! She posts all material needed on D2L so you do not have to spend crazy money.
