Bonnie is adorable. Her Clinical Psych topics class was my favorite class all semester. We barely had any work besides reading two short but interesting books about therapy to crazy patients and writing two reaction papers and a final paper which only had to be three pages. She is absolutely the best everyone should take this topics class!

Bonnie is a total sweetie. She's kind of old, but doesn't let that stop her from getting into the nitty gritty of today's politics and events. Had her for my current events RAP seminar, all you really had to do was show up and have an opinion every now and then. Great professor, easy class.

The only things I had to do in this class were make one group project and present it, and then show up to every other class to listen to the other presentations. Super laid back and chill, would recommend for an honors 391 class.

Dr. Strickland is an amazing professor and individual. She was a key person in my pursuit to get my doctoral degree and now I have been in the field for over 30 years. BTW she is a tough racquetball players as well.

Bonnie is a wonderful woman who has a lot of experience in the field and I loved listening to what she had to say. Her honors seminar is very laid back and all you need to do is participate in discussions and present once during the semester. I highly recommend to anyone needing an interesting and easy Honors 391a

Took Dr. Bonnie Strickland for 3 classes many years ago. She is the best!! I still think of her classes when I think of Umass Psychology Dept. She is helpful and always there for you. She has been a treasure to the University that I love. I miss her lectures!!

Bonnie is an amazing person, she really cares about her students and she actually gets to know them as well. While she sometimes rambles and gets off-topic she's really interesting to listen to and she has a lot of stories to tell. She's very lenient in grading and as long as you do what she asks for the assignment the class isn't difficult.
