Presented the material with enthusiasm and made the material easy to learn.Very organized and followed a schedule which was nice. Spread out the material so wasn't overwhelming on exams. Go over book, attend class to take good notes on ppts and you'll be fine. Everything you could hope for in a professor!

fairly easy, just read over the chapters and practice quizzes on the books website and the exams aren't too bad. Had 4 midterms and a final which sucked but it also makes each exam have less material to study. 4 in class assignments and 4 online assignments that are all very easy. She makes class very interesting and gives good examples, take her!

Sara's class involved a fair amount of readying but the presentations you do with your group could be thrown together in less than a week and you could still get an A. She made the requirements for the write-ups very clear and graded fairly easy. Also just really nice and helpful to everyone. I'm taking her again nex semester for another class.

Don't buy the book if you plan on attending class. 3 tests and 1 big group project. Attend class because she has unannounced participation days that will hurt you if you miss. Can be very disorganized nice lady though.

This class is awesome. I loved it. Dr. Appleton-Knapp is very helpful, knows her stuff, and has a great approach to teaching! You can tell that she truly cares about her students learning marketing. This is one of the best classes I've taken. Very interesting and fun. It was almost 2 hours twice/ week but never seemed that long. GOOD! :)

Great professor & class. Her goal is to see students learn the material. Super nice & extremely helpful. The tests are a bit tricky but fair. Interesting course. 3 Exams (m. choice & short essay), online & in class participation, 3 cases. If you study & do the work you will be fine. Highly recommend.

The class is great, very interesting. The prof. really tries to make it easy: read your case studies and participate in class. Two write-ups, an easy final exam and a group project. Unfortunately she grades pretty tough, so keep that in mind. But overall, she teaches the class well and has kept me interested most of the time.

I thought she was excellent professor. Her class is set-up for you as a student to succeed. We had 5 tests that cover anywhere from 3-5 chapters. She brings an excitement to class everyday that can be infectious. Fun class, i really enjoyed it.

Great professor. We coverd the entire text book, and I learned a lot of valuable information. You begin to look at ads differently. If you want an A you must read!!! and use the power point print outs as a guide to study and expand your reading. Attend class and earn participation pts their total equals a test. Very kind and nice professor.
