Took countless, Attendance is mandatory... So, if you have an 8 am walking in at 7:59 am means you lose points. It's made so you have to take it, my advice is do not go against him. I did and neither you or your grade fair well. Sorry that you are in college and you have to stifle your true thoughts, but you do. read side boxes in books for tests.

DON'T TAKE HIM! Doesn't return things on time, grdes are never updated and you have no idea what you grade is until last week in semester and too late to try to do anything to improve it. Boring and full of him self-he is NEVER wrong even when proved he is. Makes everything students fault.

DO NOT TAKE HIM! He has unrealistic expectations for students attending a small college. The homework load is very heavy for a 3 credit course. Discussion is mandatory, but good luck expressing your own views. You will learn quick things are his way and don't dare to question him. Brad is a great teacher but you have to earn your grade it isn't handed to you. He wants to teacher and you have to want to learn to succeed in his classes. Anyone who has left him bad ratings didn't put the effort in. Class load isn't overwhelming. Tests are difficult so study! Ask questions, do the work, rewrite the notes. Study and do the work!

Brad is a great teacher. Do not expect a grade to be handed to you but if you do the work and put in the effort, you will earn your grade. Tests are hard...study! Attendance is graded, homework every night. I came out of this class having actually learned a lot of information and I really enjoyed it. I would take his classes again.

Hopefully you're reading this before you've taken one of Brad's classes, because this will be your last chance out alive. I graduated from NC State and had to take Brad for 2 classes, and painfully endured through both. My best advice is to avoid his classes if you can. He's extremely hard, not tolerant of anything, and expect lots of homework

Isn't very open to new or "radical" ideas. Question anything he teaches and you will receive the horns. As far as marketing goes, google "Bill Hicks and marketing". Bill Hicks pretty much sums it up.

hard teacher, only allowed to miss one day after that you lose 10-15 points from final grade, lots of written assignments, test very challenging, lots of class discussion so quiet people think twice about taking him !
