I've had her for a couple of other classes considering I'm a Comm. major but magazine design was rough. She's too knit picky about pointless little things on projects. She did give take home quizzes (hallelujah) and the midterm and final were rough even with studying. Doesn't really teach you how to do projects just assumes you know InDesign

This class was very repetitive and boring. You would think the class would be very hands on and interesting since it is an Intro to PR class, but it is very traditional and old fashioned. She tries to make it fun, but it doesn't really work out for her. She is very confusing on her assignments and can be a tough grader as well.

Three exams that were a huge percent of your grade but they weren't hard at all, it was all multiple choice. she gave chapter outlines and study guides. Gives bonus points in tests and homework so that really helps. Go to class, read the outlines and an A shouldn't be too difficult to get. She's a really helpful teacher don't be afraid to ask her

Dr. Wilson readily listens to her students. She is a very caring professor. However, she does expect you to pull your weight in class. She grades tough, but tells you EXACTLY what you need to do to fix any bad grades. She's excellent. I wish she taught all JOUR classes.

Had for Newspaper Production and design. She's a little scatter-brained, but really nice and really cares about her students! The class is great and she taught it really well!! A slightly older version of the text book should be fine for the Newspaper Prod & Design class!

Relates to students better than any other teacher at Tech. Other profs at Tech should come to one of her lectures to learn. She preps you well for her tests and she is concerned about the academic well-being of each and everyone of her students.
