Economics is a tough subject to understand, especially when you are just beginning. As a beginner myself, I found that her lectures were very thorough and she didn't move on until all questions were answered. I am a very shy person, so the only thing I didn't like about her class was that she would go around the room instead of taking volunteers.

Wyss knows econ backwards and forwards, so you will never be left in the dark regarding the material, which she explains very clearly. Great teacher

Very interesting course. You have to read a lot of packets, but her class was never boring! My T.A. was not helpful b/c it seemed like she didn't want to be at the discussions. She was too laid back for me and the discussions were not very structured... The lecture was so much better!

Good teacher, though the class I had with had TAs to account for the size. The TAs I worked with were really cool though, so Wyss has her work cut out for her.
