About 75-80% of class time was taken up by him going off on tangents. Classes were so unfailingly boring I just wanted to scream! The only way I could cope was by bringing a sudoku puzzle to every class and discreetly doing it in the back of the room.

He is soooo dry. You will fall asleep, however compared to the alternative teachers in Econ hes not bad. He goes off on tangent about his wife but if you can handle it I would say hes the easiest in Econ. He will ask you things on the exam that he said were not on it becareful of that.

I had Walgreen several years ago and so maybe he has gotten hard to handle with the years. However, he was a very nice fellow and a good teacher in the 90's and really knows his stuff. HE has his strange idiosyncracies and can be a bit dry but I learned so much from him over three different classes. Nicest guy and a fair grader.

I am telling the truth from my experience. This professor is very very very hard. His lessons are very dry and when the test comes you will be lost. You will sleep in his class and check the time every two seconds. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this class.

one of the worst teachers at wheaton! CAN NOT TEACH AT ALL. He often goes on tangents and its hard to follow him, so you get disinterested and dont pay attention- he doesnt say anything worth while anyway. your better off reading the textbooks and showing up once in while for the exams. VERY UNCLEAR!!! dont take him if possible!!

The worst professor I have had at Wheaton. His lesson plans seem as though they are the same as they were 10 years ago. Very dry, dispassionate and boring professor. Maybe this is because I had him for Micro Econ analysis, a required course and not his best forte.
