Dr. Farmer was an incredible teacher for someone who doesn't enjoy govt. or hist.. He writes notes on the board and you copy them down and it is perfect for studying. The tests are complex or way too hard, and they're multiple choice. Easy A if you show up, take the notes, and study them the night before. Very funny!

Dr. Farmer is a really amazing professor. He does a great job at making uninteresting material exciting. He is very approachable and helped me out after class on several occasions. As others have said, takes notes as he writes them down verbatim. His lectures are an essential part of succeeding in the course, so try to make it to class!

He's a really nice guy. Government isn't a fun class, but he attempts to make it interesting. I took it during summer, so it wasn't too bad. He makes it very clear what's going to be on the tests. He's pretty funny. Kind of liberal, and it sort of shows in the class.

One of the best professors I've ever had. He's extremely easy to listen to and knows how to explain things. Try to take his classes whenever you can. If you take notes and just attend class you will get a few easy A's while learning a ton.

Great professor, really funny. Super helpful. Me and a bunch of other college kids accidentally signed up for the HS dual credit version of the class, but he let us stay since he knew everything else was closed. Just showed up for tests, no other interaction. His other classes are probably better and easier. Textbook is cheap, big plus.

He keeps the class entertained and tells a lot of jokes. The jokes generally pertain to what we're learning at the time. The tests do require you to actually study BUT on some of the questions he'll put off the wall answers along with a correct one so it makes it easier to know what the answer is. He offers extra credit occasionally but not often.

Farmer is an awesome teacher, he makes class as interesting as possible. His tests deffinatly require studying, but he also gives numerous oppurtiunites for extra credit. Deffinatly taking him for all my government and history classes if availale.

Dr. Farmer is one of the best profs there is. God help AC when he retires. He gives his students every chance to make an A. If you fail his class, you might as well quit college. Farmer is an amazing professor. He makes History fun and easy to understand. He's so intelligent, funny (the smarter you are, the more you'll understand his jokes), and genuinely cares about his students. Go visit his band when they play on the weekends. His classes are always booked. Take good notes, study the review and you'll make an A.
