Comment:

Professor Greenberg is a great guy, wish I could say the same about his class. One take home midterm and final, annoying hw assignments on primary documents given throughout the semester. Grades papers at a graduate level, and takes attendance in a class there is no real need to go to. Took us 11 weeks to get from 1880-1945.

He's a funny guy, but tends to get off topic way too much. He rarely uses textbooks except for midterm/finals take home tests. He says "uhhhh" a lot too. But he's a pretty easy teacher if you put in the effort

He is a very hard professor. He assigns a lot of reading and papers. However, he's a nice guy and even though he says "um" a lot, he guides the class excellently through material. Very hard, but you can learn a lot.

He teaches a 100 level class like its a graduate level course and can barely speak clear english. His essay assignments are very unclear and he grades a history course like its an english course. His quizes sound easy but he asks you the most random questions which makes them impossible. DON'T TAKE THIS MAN!

Hes not easy, because he seems to think hes an English teacher; hes not interesting, because by the end of most classes everyone is running for the door or sleeping; hes an ass because he makes students read an entire chapter on major issues and then asks us about minor irrelevant events on tests...overall hes a horrible teacher! And says "um" 100x

OK. HE IS SOOOO BORING. he tries to be funny, which is cute. HARD GRADER. that might be because he only makes you write three papers the whole semester. its not an english class but he makes it like one...im taking him again next semester because hes so easy. but just watch out with ur writing because it has to be PERFECT.

Dr. Greenberg is a wonderful teacher and provides his students with all the necessary tools to succeed. He is very fair and creates an atmosphere of learning in the classroom. He gives excellance to his students and demands the same from them. Monmouth is lucky to have someone of such high caliber.

Greeenberg is not a hard grader but you must participate. He grades very heavily on that. His assignments were clear, but his class is very boring. He is a very intelligent man and knows a lot. He will listen to you if you ask him questions. If I had particpated more I would have done better.
