Thick Russian (?) accent makes it hard to get some of his jokes. For extra credit, we play a game called "Name the Famous Economist." I'm pretty sure that theres only one famous economist because they all look the SAME

Brian Lynch may be the best professor at this school. He lectures everyday and you have an online quiz about once a week. It is a simple class and he makes sure the class understands what is being taught. He uses examples that are easy for students to grasp and the tests are easy. The final exam was just a test on the last chapter.

Comment:
This class was very easy with Lynch. However, his clarity is not all there. His concepts make sense because he will give you several different scenarios. But when they are applied to a test, it is kind of confusing. He is an easy grader and is open to questions all the time. He is a great guy, just a little confusing sometimes.

Brian is a hilarious teacher, especially with him being Irish you will get a kick out of his lectures! However, most of the time his explanation is very confusing, but since the material is easy enough you can learn it on your own through his quizzes. However, if you take lynch for econ 1 make sure to take econ 2 with him.

I feel Brian is a good teacher overall. He has a great sense of humor and that makes otherwise dull material a bit more interesting. If you have questions he always makes time in class and after class. He does a great job of keeping students up to date through email and Canvas.

He must not proofread anything because there are so many mistakes. He has a lot of useless assignments and the tests are ridiculous. I do not recommend him at all.

He tries to make things relatively easy; coursework is not too hard. He tries to include some humor as well, though no one normally gets it half the time. Teaching style is mostly based on notes with little textbook use. Tests are based on notes and study guide. Would I take another class with him? Yes.

This class was the worst online class I've ever taken. His notes are all over the place and there are so many assignments it's impossible to keep up if you are taking other classes. His tests are also ridiculous and they are only open to take over the weekend. I would not take this teacher again if i had the choice.

WOW, he is funny, being from Ireland he thinks that Americans suck and everything revolves around pizza and beer. I think that he was tring to get on a teenage level however for the rest of us I felt **** after his class and felt a need to go to a frat party...Cool teacher but not easy...beware if you are patriot he may offend you..

This guys sucks! He is rude and arrogant. I would never recommend him to anyone. He does not understand that sometimes people have dilemmas and that their worlds do not revolve around him or his classes. He has very unrealistic expectations.
