Nice teacher, but could not explain any concepts. It was his last class at UCF, so I seemed like he did not care.

Very good professor. Makes every possible effort to assure you understand the information as presented. Someone needs to buy this guy a ruler, however.

Dr. Petrasko is very good professor. The first test in summer term was easy, but the final was harder. Learn from his handout, you will see it on the test.

His class was sometimes boring (sleepy). To keep up with what he says, you have to read the book or read his handouts. Exams were not difficult but not easy either. However, he was very generous in grading exams. 5 or 10 bonus points were added to exams.

He is a great teacher. Everything I had trouble understanding in the book he explained very well, doing examples and drawing clearer pictures. He also gives insight as to the practical nature of what we learn and how we'll apply it. The only pitfal is that notes and tests are handwritten and sometimes a bit difficult to decipher. Labs are fun too!

He really breaks down the material so it's easily understandable, but the class is nearly impossible without studying outside of class. Always read the book, and copy everything he writes on the board, because you're sure to see it again.

Brian Petrasko knows his stuff. His lectures are clear and full of supplemental information - the kind of flavor that makes the class fun and reinterests you in the field. Don't ask him difficult questions that don't pertain to the current topic or he'll shoot off on a tangent far beyond anything useful.

Labs were manageable, homework less so. His notes, as always, are unintelligible and he doesn't go by any text for the vast majority of the semester. Skip class if you learn by reading texts and seeing pictures, and get taught by a friend. He's a really nice guy but this material is too hard to learn solely from lectures.

It's an easy class. He makes thinks simpler for you, so it's easy. The only complain I have is that he makes way too many mistakes while teaching, making students get confuse, but this happens mostly towards the end of the course. Most people got a B.

Petrasko is awesome! Best professor at UCF yet. Tests are easy, and everything you need to know he explains multiple times in class. The labs are really fun, too. What can I say? He's *THAT* good.

Great Teacher. Yes, he does make mistakes frequently, but they are all caught and corrected. Overall, he is great at explaining the material and his notes that are handed out are comprehensive. I learned more in this class than my other four classes combined. If you take Dr. Petrasko you will learn a lot and it isn't too hard.

He is a very nice guy, really cares about the students. He lectures sometimes like a father. He does make mistakes a lot in notes and on the board, but someone usually finds it, and it is corrected. Very few HW assignments and quizzes. I would recommend him. I got an A.

It was a waste of time attending class. All we did was try to correct all his mistakes on the notes we could not even read.

He makes at least one mistake while lecturing in class, we wouldn't know it was a mistake unless someone in the classroom catches it. He's sometimes not available during office hours and he takes too much points off on his tests.

I had him for CSD II and Digital Circuits. Definitely one of the best professors I've ever had. I got him on my Senior Design Evaluation Board.
