The class was easy but I felt like I didn't learn anything. I got good grades on the tests with only studying for an hour. I wish I had a different professor so I would have actually learned the material. Also strayed from syllabus; I should've received a B+ due to having an 89% but only received a B.

Huge story teller, and will ramble on for a while. He is also very helpful, and enjoys teaching. Will always answer questions. Homeworks did prepare you to know the material for real life, but not for the tests. He does a "review" and shows sample problems, the sample problems are the only thing that will help you on the tests so pay attention.

dr bauer is a nice guy. he rambles in class about anything and his class is not mandatory. His lectures just go over the powerpoints slides that the book sent him. tests are fair. you have to know the material but most of it is common knowledge

Was nice all semester long, then the day he calculated the grades he became a grouch. I got a 64 on the first test because I copied a formula wrong. He docked me 18 points for that. The last 2 tests I got 90's on. HW avg was an 88.5. I got an 83.1 in the class. His curve turned out to be an 84 was an A. So I got a B because I copied a formula wrong

Very nice professor! Messy basic algebra! Easy assignments and 4 tests. Tests are open book really easy but make one tiny mistake and he deducts more than half the points. Got a B when I should have gotten an A. Attendance doesn?t help go for the review and when assignments are being given out and you will be fine. No cumulative Final.

Awesome class, his lectures might be boring at times but I sure learned a lot! MATLAB still sucks, but at least I can make it do what I want now. The tests are so beautifully straightforward and simple, take him! My fellow ladies, be prepared to hear a lot of PC, "scholars ... and scholarettes" and the like.
