I had this guy years ago at the JC. He is a good guy. He is fair and knowledgable. Listen to him. Take anything he teaches. Oh yah if you have any type of question about beer, lager, bach, ale, etc., this is the guy!

Brian Stokes cares about his students; he challenges them because he wants them to get a good education; he wants them to get their money's worth. He's a rare professor. He's funny and cool: once he interrupted a boring lecture to tell us all about the kinds of beer, what hops are used, how they are brewed, the difference between a lager/ale.

Anyone who thinks this class is too hard probably shouldn't be in school. He grades fair, gives help when you need it, and expects you to learn somthing. He is very smart, lectures well and makes things fun.
