Professor Campbell is very easy going. If something comes up, just talk to her about it. The only thing I did not enjoy about this class was having to buy a book that we didn't even use.

Bognanni is the end-all be-all of my CCBC academic career. Without her, I'm unsure of where I would be now. She has a languid ease to her teaching style, it's clear she's a pro. The way she pulls creativity out of you is dangerous, you don't even know she's doing it. It's wonderful. I recommend her to anyone. Her guidance will lead you to poetry.

Easily the best professor I have ever had. She challenges students to look at things in fresh ways, to flex their use of language, and to be bold yet mature. I would take any class she teaches, trusting her effective style and authenticity. She equips her students with wisdom and reminds them of the value of utilizing their own life experience.

Good teacher though I did not always think she was as fair as she could be. (OK with me but not always with others in the class.) Attendance does matter with her. Pay attention to the assignments and you will do fine.

I am on the fence about Brooke. On one hand, she made us buy her book and we used it for one day along with another book that we used for another day. She was very stingy with feedback until after she graded our pieces. This led to me receiving a B on everything but the final paper. On the other, her feedback she did give was great. I give her a C+

Professor B is one of my favorite professors at CCBC. She truly wants to know more details about your life, and to help you in school. I wish I had her for all 6 of my classes! She is also very understanding if you need to miss class for a serious reason, just don't miss more than 3!

I have had Brooke multiple times for multiple courses. She takes attendance very seriously, so don't skip her class. Volunteering a lot (even if its not the right answer)shows her you're interested and bumps your grade. She is wonderful. Still very close to her to this day!

Professor Bognanni was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and, since she is a skilled poet, she was wonderful at providing feedback on all of my creative work. Aside from her stellar teaching ability, she is just a wonderful person--very kind, very funny, and just a joy to be around. I am a better writer and a better person for having met her.

Ms. B is the absolute best!!!! This is my second class with her and I LOVE IT!! She comes up with the best free writing material and always has some positive feedback for everyone! She always gives your material back within 2 days!! She is amazing!!
