Brooke is amazing, so funny and full of great stories. She made the class interesting and easy for people to do well, if you showed up to class and paid attention. She also didn't give a final exam, which was awesome.

Brooke is awesome. I had no interest in anthropology before taking her class, and now I am majoring in it. She makes her classes interesting and I look forward to going. Her tests are easy as long as you do the reading and pay attention in class. Favorite teacher hands down.

The best professor I had at Ithaca. Very personable and made Anthropology interesting! I was just taking Cultural Anthro as a Gen Ed requirement, but ended up really enjoying it. Readings and assignments reasonable without being too hard. If given the opportunity to take a class from her, DO IT!

Hansen is great and if you have any interest in taking this anthro class, do it. She is amazing and this class is so much fun to take! I strongly suggest taking any class with Hansen, but be prepared to read a lot because you have to read and review several anthropological books.
