I had Prof. Ching for legal writing since he left UO (07-08) and to say he is incompetent would be the understatement of the year. He invites questions but doesn't answer them or uses tai chi demonstrations to analogize. He was supposed to teach us oral advocacy, but couldn't even command the attention of 15 students much less a courtroom.

A graduate of the Uni. Michigan school of Law and Affirmative Action, He has bounced around the third tier since departing UO (and for good reason). His previous student is correct, he is incompetent, unprepared and lacks the social skills necessary for basic communication. Good intentions, awful results.
