Basically, he has good intentions, he forces you to teach and learn for yourself. I admit, I didn't put more than 90% effort into this class, but we were learning an entirely new program called revit, we had tedious reading quizzes where he just sat back..basically..he didn't even have to show up to class...

this guy sucks at teaching, he expects you to teach yourself and know things that you have not learned! he will not help you outside of class, and gets mad when you try to ask for help or tell you dont understand.. lots of time spent in front of a computer trying to figure out what to do on your own. he needs to retire!!!!! he sucks!! worst ever

Professor Dilg is a well-qualified instructor. His classes are indeed tough, and I have seen many of my classmates drop due to its rigor. To do well, you must study... a lot. He is very wise and proficient in his field. His lectures in class are applied to real life situations. He is engaging and really ensures you will learn something.

After being in the industry i have realized being taught by someone who never went to architecture school is not helpful. He should not be teaching. Gives the AT program a bad name. STAY AWAY!!!

Basically, you reading Fundamentals of Bldg. Construction,Take 4 tests over main material, and have a term project on a Building of your groups selected. He wants you to understand material, not just memorize. Also emphasizes on "sketching"drawing. Good architects visit job sites and knowing what how hard it is to install**** they draw. GR8 Prof!!

Dilg....is a different kind of professor. If you are good at bookwork you will not do so good. His tests are long, infact I never completed a single Test or Quiz in his class. However, if you want to learn ACAD 3-D he is your man. Dont be dissrespectful & he is more than willing to help. Not an Easy grade, but you learn alot...

He is a really hard teacher no doubt about it, but you will learn a lot!!! His tests are long and pretty hard but he provides you with everything you need to study and get a good grade. If you want an easy A he is not your teacher, but if you want to learn, this is the class to take. Best teacher I have had!

Quality techer, I've learned a lot in his class despite my grade. If you think you can breeze through, then don't take this class. Dilg makes you work for your grade. Even though he doesn't have an architectural degree, he knows more than anyone I know. Dilg is difficult, but he's the best teacher I've had.

Don't take him.He thinks it is easy to learn autocad, well its not. He goes extremely fast and won't help you if you fall behind. You do things from day one that should be in the next autocad class. I repeat, don't take him.

I love Mr. Dilg. He's a wise old man who knows his****. He's a hard ass to those who don't show up for class, study, or show initiative but if you receive his wrath you probably deserve it. He's great. He loves what he does, he enjoys his job, never cancels class, and is helpful to the extreme. You either will like him or hate him.

This teacher knows everything....just ask him. Dilg hardly has an architectural degree. He has a 2 year degree in architecture. That's it. He sits in class and preaches to the class about god. He also makes rude comments to students. He is too busy talking about how great he is and how christian he is to do any teaching. Horrible teacher!!!

He was the best professor I had a Ferris. I learned soo much from him. He's a hard teacher and you'll work your ass off. Just does what he asks for and you'll be fine. Seriously best teacher at Ferris. Does suck as an FSUS teacher, but I think that's just b/c the class blows.
