Many power points to read and the class covers a lot of material. Gets into basic construction estimating. It's good information; however, a little off base for a budgeting class in my opinion. The exams are the worst part of his class as he does not permit adequate time to complete the midterm and final.

Professor Samson is a knowledgeable guy. However, he presents the material in a boring manner through continuous power-points. He also OVER does every assignment by including pages and pages of instructions. Lastly, he is very unprofessional and treats students with little respect. However, you will learn from this class.

Basically, it's a very informative class. He crams a bible sized book of information into 33 powerpoints that are boring-fully covered. He knows a lot about FM but is about as manly as a moist towelette. Has about 10 project assignments where he always finds something wrong with them. Usually got 47 or lower out of 50. Exams follow review sheets!!
