Comment:

Super easy, "intro to the department" class. It was a 1:45-3:25 slot, so the lectures did tend to get long, but they were always super interesting. Debates in this class were the highlight for me.

Comment:

Great in terms of sparking interest for all students. He genuinely cares for every student he has and takes the time to get to know them. Works with students to help them succeed and take on new challenges. He tends to be more about making the class fun and interesting than challenging, especially for majors. Overall great teacher though.

This is the best philosophy class out there. Bruce leads the coolest discussions regarding religion I've ever heard; the debates are fun and he is open to hearing anything. Interesting and fun class!
