I took Bruce for Psych 121 back in 2008. I have to say that his teaching helped propel me into my current doctoral program in Clinical Psychology. He helped spark an interest in me that has continued to this day. I continue to reference some of the extracurricular books he suggested. Great teacher, I highly recommend.

Great teacher. If you need a jolt in your class schedule, make sure you get Pabian as your Psych prof. He is full of knowledge and encourages participation in class. Never dismisses anyones opinion. He is actually interested in what others have to say instead of lecturing the entire time. Really great sense of humor as well. Highly recomended

I love Bruce! He is a teacher that can really keep you interested and engaged the entire class because he has great energy. He is very clear and thorough in his lessons. It?s a relaxing environment because he is humorous and very kind. I?d recommend you take his class!

Comment:

Took Bruce for Human Relations about 2 years ago, it was by far one of my favorite classes in college. The class was all about life experience and growing, and Bruce was willing to speak of his experience in relation to the class. I loved class so much, wish I could take it with Bruce again... I learned so much, easy A too!

Bruce is a pretty decent instructor. He's young and relaxed but he really loves the subject so you learn a lot. Don't worry if you're a few minutes late to class b/c you'll probably still beat him there (haha). Also, make sure he has coffee when he grades your exam (=better grade :})

Great teacher, made class fun! You will need to put in a decent amount of work to do well, but he makes it simple. You need the book to type up the homework, but you don't need to read it to pass the exams. He gives you notes to fill in during class, and everything from the exam is off the notes. I found the exams to be easy, just memorize!
