Worst class I ve ever taken. She just cut and paste assignments from some other class. Very vague on assignment. For a leadership class she is not a very good leader. Get ready for a ton of busy work. Didnt learn a thing except how to say something with 500 words I could have said in 100.

She doesn't seem to care about her students. She is anal-retentive and simply copy-pastes assignments. Expect lots of mistakes that she has to correct and assignments that need additional clarification from her. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, READ THE FCKING RUBRICS!

Dr. Cutler is a wonderful person and is willing to help you if you ask. With that being said, do not take this class if you are trying to find an easy online capstone. This class was a tremendous amount of work. Expect AT LEAST one hour of work a day. More likely two hours, even on weekends. Most of the class is set up with group work as well.

Not recommended. An extreme amount of work in this class for only 4 credits. there are weekly quizzes, if you fail a quiz, you fail the class. Literally. "NO EXCEPTIONS" is her exact words.

This was hands down one of the worst classes I've ever taken. Not only is there a lot of work, she expects online "discussions" to take place on the weekends when people who aren't luck to work a standard 9-5, mon-fri work week are pretty much SOL. It's also almost entirely group work all done online. 1010 would not recommend.

Don't panic! The work load seems overwhelming, but it really isn't. If things get too tough all you have to do is talk to Cutler and she will reduce the class work load. She is extremely open to making things easy for you. Dr. Cutler was so nice, always upbeat and in a good mood. I would love to take her class again.

This class is TOUCH!! You have to read lots of books (like 10!) and have to do 3 question sets which comprise with at least 8 essay questions each and a big final project (paper + presentation). Although the class is tough, Dr. Cutler is actually very helpful and friendly. She loves to use videos to teach and they are all informative and fun!!

She was not technically my instructor for the course but because she and Hanegan team taught, I knwo them both. I felt like she would be better suited for a high school classroom than a college setting. She loves teaching by video and finding stupid, mindless projects to fill up class time because she doesn't actually know what she's talking about.

Ms. Cutler is cruel. If she likes you, you succeed and she will be cordial and kind to you. If she does not like you or does not know you, you will have problems doing well in her class. I was so happy to be done with it and I will try to tell everyone to stay away. I am sure she is a sweet lady, just a bad teacher.
