Terrible. Read out very complicated topics without bothering to explain. Difficult to understand. 4 homework assignments (one done in a group) and a final. Sounds easy but was the worst, most obscure course I've ever taken. No help at all from the prof. No TAs.

Extremely smart, but terrible teacher. Super disorganized, the web notes were not very good, didn't follow required text for very long, ridiculous assignments.

not very clear at explaining the material. I was afraid to ask him questions. Insane assignments though the midterm and final weren't bad. work together on the assignments - that's the only way to get them done (besides, he doesn't mind)

A nice guy, but very irresponsible teacher.Very smart.But he should just not teach an undergraduate course.He is very disorganized for that.A horrible teacher for an average student.The only class that most people got was given by Toussaint ;-).

Perhaps the best teacher at making things clear, bringing the material down to the student's level. Unfortunately he likes to teach the same course over and over every year.

Very knowledgeable, take-no-prisoners style lectures. Board was a mess, but notes on Web were quite good. Midterm and final were completely different in style, so watch out.
