I really enjoyed Professor Zucker. He is an attorney and defends people accused of many different crimes. He cares about the students and tries to make sure they learn. He is very easy and almost everyone gets and A or B. Take him!

What a great professor! Professor Zucker is brilliant and is focused on teaching his students about different aspects of justice. His lectures and guest speakers were inspirational and introduced another side to the legal system. The class is consisted of 1 long midterm and 1 group project which is your final. You must show up to class!

Zucker is probably one of the most qualified professors to teach criminal law and white collar crime. (I took him for both classes) I got an A in crim law and an A- in white collar crime. It wasnt easy, but definitely not extremely hard. Put the work in, make sure you understand concepts before the exam. He's not very clear sometimes

If you're going for an A, don't take his class. His tests are extremely hard, and he only gives an unclear verbal guide for the exams. Reading and writing for every class is crucial. He makes you brief EVERY case in the book, over and over again. Takes attendance EVERY class.

Professor Zucker knows his stuff when it comes to law! However for Intro. Crim. Law, he skips/ doesn't focus on most things needed for the test hence feeling/being unprepared for exams. Perhaps if he slowed down, did LESS case briefs, and focus on introduction terms and things that WILL be on the test, more students would be able to pass his exams.

He's very knowledgeable and respected, his class is not hard because he reviews for exams and has clear and concise criteria. He does take attendance so you have to show up in order to pass, but you prob wouldnt be able to pass if you didnt anyway. He can be funny at times, and is very respectful and approachable. All in all really good professor.

I took his class for special topics in criminal justice; it's his first year under the criminal justice department and he did great! We studied white collar crime and he def knows the material from his own experience as a lawyer. Midterm, final and one final paper about a white collar offender. You would have to TRY TO FAIL.

His class has a curve. 2 exams, 1 paper. Participation/attendance counts. Everything on the exam is on the textbook and materials he provides for you AHEAD OF TIME. Midterm and Final are 30% EACH of your grade. Paper is 20%. Participation 20%. He has a great personality. Understanding and caring, not abrasive like some attorneys.

Professor Zucker is the best professor I have had at CSUN. My business law 280 professor was so mean and difficult, leaving me not wanting to take a business law class at CSUN again. But Professor Zucker changed all that. He was kind and concerned about the students. His lectures were funny and helped us to remember the material. Take him!

He definitely knows his stuff. He's been practicing law for quite some time so he has relevant stories which make lectures more interesting. Not the easiest class, try not to miss too many lectures. Tests are really tough even if you reread the chapters. Be sure to participate.

He is one of the best BLAW 308 professors at csun if you compare to others. His lecture is based on his experience rather than text book. He respects students, so students do the same. Two midterm, one paper. He gives 20% participation point to students. The first exam is so hard, but the second so easy 100 MC questions from textbook. take him.

Professor Zucker is a great professor and I really enjoyed his class. I learned a lot of valuable info in this class that I'll take with me forever. The tests are somewhat tricky, but just pay attention to lectures, read the book, do the cases, and you will do fine.

Tests are hard. The project/book report is easy. Really does only read the first two pages. I only finished half the book and it didn't matter. He mainly focuses on how well your writing is. Class is very interesting. Gives very interesting real life examples. Decent class. You can get away with not doing most ofthe cases if you participate a lot.

Make sure you do good on your first page of your paper, as he grades based on the first page and doesnt care the rest. Tests are okay, as long as you read and study the materials, should be good.

Typical Blaw class except there are no IRACs For the essay on the book "billable hours" he will only grade the first page and maybe half of the second page so make sure thats good because he won't read the rest of the paper.
