Buzzy is Nietzsche. His approach is philosophical. Doesn't like current state of affairs in psychology. Psychology has to become conscious of its wrongheaded philosophical assumptions. I feel his I.O. psych ideas are divorced from practice in the corporate world a bit. He says to speak up to authority. He is super friendly and approachable.

he is a bit eccentric and does not teach in a linear way which may be difficult to follow for some, he is an easy grader and there are just 3 tests and no other work the entire semester, although he claims not to take attendance he notices who's not there and comment on it. the class can be long and he repeats things a lot so can become boring

Don't listen to people who call him boring or say negative things. They are ungrateful. He has a lot of passion for teaching his subjects. He is a great person, and he takes his time. He makes the exams fair because he cares about his students, and wants them to pass. I ran the Psych club and took 4 classes with this one. This was one of my Fav.

Really awesome prof! Although his lectures are not very clear because he talks about a lot of things but if you can note down the main point, then you will do fine! Also read the book if you don't understand his lectures because that will help out a great deal on the quizzes and final (which are easy)

Took him for History of Psychology, but most classes devolved into him debating with himself about semantics and about how everything should fall under Social Psychology. For a professor of an empirical science, he didn't seem very concerned with supporting any of his claims or opinions with evidence. It was a missed opportunity cause he knows alot

He like's to make jokes in class but sometimes they r not funny. he gave us 3 exams one which was a take home essays. the other 2 were 1 essay n 15MC which were easy. His final consists of 3 essays and 20 MC which were fair. He is not so bad..but can be very boring

nice guy, your guaranteed to get a good grade. the class can be boring. his mc questions are easy and the essays he gives you 15 out of 25 points for just writing an essay. 3 quizzes and a final but the last one is take home. highly recommended i recieved an A-
