The sweetest lady you'll ever meet. You can tell she is knowledgeable but often has trouble conveying that knowledge effectively. Will take the time to clarify any doubts you may have. Unfortunately she's very hard to understand, her class disorganised, and her quizzes are unclear. Open book won't help much unless you can understand and analyze!

She is really hard to understand. She is not knowledgeable. I am sure she didn't understand the basics of immunology at all but want to teach. She always make her students confuse and she didn't answer questions. It is better to not participate in her classes as it bring just frustration. Her quizzes are very unclear.

Nice lady but really hard to understand and very picky (when it comes to marking). The best strategy for getting a high mark in her class would be to make sure you understand every lab and talk to her as much as you can so she'll remember you and maybe be more lenient when she marks your quizzes.
