Explained stuff well, though sometimes emphasized things that were obvious while not touching much on more subtle points. Went through the material at a decent pace. Assignments were very easy, yet helpful if not left til the last minute. Midterm was also straightforward. However the final was too hard (a general problem with number theory sigh..).

100% straightforward. Very deliberate - went through everything in detail. Only flaw is lack of physical examples - I recommend Problems In Algebraic Number Theory to make up this difference. Great job Professor Stewart!
