Wow, I took trig, percal, cal 1 and 2 with Mr, Sanchez in the late eighties. He was excellent. The only few people I saw doing poorly were the students who missed classes or had low effort. I am shocked anyone has negative comments. I am now a math teacher and I know that there are always a few negative students that can never be pleased!

With so many mixed reviews I didn't want to take this man. I'm glad I did. This guy is a walking calculator. He knows so much math he makes everything look easy. He's retired now, if you ever have the opportunity to have him as a teacher, sign up immediately. Unless you're lazy and disrespectful. His tests are exactly what he does in class.

Great professor. He is very helpful with students who may struggle a bit with the material and will stay after class with them to review the lesson and the homework. If you get him as a professor, don't buy the book right away. He provides handouts for the material to help save you the money.

I took him for every math class. He is the best. Really cares if you learn the material. You can tell he really likes his job, its his passion. He's not hard. He really wants you to do well. The only time he gets frustrated is when someone who can't do simple, and I do mean SIMPLE, algebra takes his calculus class

He knows a lot. You don't need the book, just read his handouts & do the exercises. The material is not difficult, you just need time to understand it. I'm glad I took him, now at FIU the Prof. I had did not teach anything, so I had to drop the class. This professor & all his handouts are great to have a firm base of Statistics. Super useful class!

well he is 78 years old. he knows a lot of math he tries to help but with the amount of mistakes that he makes during lessons and the hand out that he gives is impossible to learn. I took him in summer b 6 weeks only and he told us that we only need 4 hours of sleep a day while taking his class. he teaches the whole time no bath room time to break
