HSP 101 combined with 112: a whole year in a semester. Very rigorous, much homework in the first half, but instruction was par excellence. I learned a lot, pushed to be creative and solve problems. Class was so much fun, wish I could take it again for the lab portions. Kind, respectful, patient, knowledgeable, funny - great Chef Instructor.

Good class. Learned how to cook using large equipment. Teacher is really into cleanliness and sanitation. Don't forget your uniform...he deducts points for everything!
