She thoroughly explains material through lecture. Two main assignments are a supplement project (research based part 1, group presentation part 2) and a nutrition project (based on tracking your diet and applying what you learned). Half way through the class took a stretching break/walk. Super, nice and easy going. Gives study guides that relate.

Carol is seriously amazing! This class is a really easy A. All you have to do is show up and participate, and even if you have lots absences like I did she allows make ups. There's only one test and it's such a basic test about general fitness and overall wellbeing. She's super chill during class yet still delivers a good workout. Take this class!

What an awesome instructor! I am a veteran to yoga & I still managed to learn some new things in her class. It was summer school so it was 2 hours a day, 4 days a week & I loved every moment of it. I wouldn't be averse to taking it again w/her, just for kicks. I highly reccommend Ms. Fieser.

HER CLASS IS LIKE AN AEROBIC CLASS NOT A YOGA CLASS.... DOESN'T PAY ATTENTION TO STUDENTS, DOESNT MAKE CORRECTIONS (YOU COULD HURT YOURSELF IF YOU BEND THE WRONG WAY AND SHE DOESNT TELL YOU WHEN YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!), DOESNT TALK ABOUT PHILOSOPHY AND THE YOGA LIFESTYLE, GOES TOO FAST IN CLASS. This class is an eazy A. She does work you so expect to sweat. The final is take home & its straight from the school workbook. Very Very easy assignments. Just be prepared to get fit. If you are lazy dont take this class. You have to enjoy exercise to love the teacher. I will take this class again for my own sake not for a grade. awsome teacher. She does better than a private trainer, does not play favorites. She is great. It also depends on your goals as far as health and fitness is concerned, the teacher does her job well

OK Carol is a FREAK! She takes class way to seriously! If u miss a class you better make it up ASAP or she will dock your grade. B4 class started I told her I would be missing 5 Days and she said that was fine, and then she changed her mind and made me make them up the next semester! Don't take her!

She isone of the best Aerobic class professors She starts with abs and crunches, with her i lost two pounds a week for sure. By the end of the class she will have you sweating a river but thank God she gives you breaks in between. Defintely Recommend her.
