Some of the readings are hard to get through if you're not interested in 1600s-1700s British lit since they're purposefully dense/OCD. Some are interesting even for people not interested, including Aphra Behn's Oronooko (slave narrative). I love Professor Flynn. She's so helpful out of class and so sweet. She is caring and kind and a fair grader

she is sooo sweet and helpful but TOO MUCH READING. almost impossible to keep up unless you lock yourself in your room and read all week, and she can tell who reads and who doesn't. the class discussions were interesting but the reading was pretty boring, fair grader.

Professor Flynn is such a sweetheart, and for a full-fledged professor in the English Dept., grades surprisingly easy. She's wild and likes to talk about pretty raunchy things, which always counts for a entertaining class.
