Found Carol went off topic quite often. Some interesting discussions however Carol had a superior attitude towards her students, stating in no uncertain terms the reasons why students were so unknowledgeable. This student received some unprofessional emails from the professor that used language that was unnecessary.

This class was super easy. The tests are taken right off the website practice exams, so it's possible to get 100%. For the paper and group projects, she is VERY clear on what she wants. If you listen to her instructions and follow them word for word, you will ace this course. I like Carole, inspiring to have a strong experienced woman teaching

Know the book. She knows the subject of counseling and Social Work very well and is passionate about it, very experienced. Can be a little condescending, sarcastic. Again, know the book. She doesn't go over anything from the book, but the test is 80% book and 20% what we did in class.

I quite enjoyed this class. I do not feel like I learned very much. Still, she kept class interesting, marked fair, and is pretty funny. If you take her, make sure you know the name of the Prime Minister :S.

Worst teacher I have ever had. Normally I dont bother to write these things but I found it striking the my human services teacher is the rudest teacher I ever had. As soon as I would start talking she would say, "What???" and turn and walk away. The worst teacher Ive had in my whole life!

she spends the whole damn class talking about herself and her daughter who lives in Belise. she always tells people to watch their voice inflection, but she's really rude when u get an answer wrong. never go over the text book in class and the entire exam is based soley on the text. i hated her as a teacher.
