Mrs. Wilson is an exceptional teacher. She will put you to work and write a lot, but it'll help you to practice and give the last polish of your writing before English 1A. The portfolio is a great idea to introduce you what u will do in ENGL 1A. if you successfully do every assignment you will be ready to have an A in ENG 1A.I loved the teacher

Very silly and likes to ramble on half the time. However our textbook was used throughout the entire semester and she really helped on my essays. I passed her class with an A because i showed up and did my work. She doesn't ask for more than that.

I love this teacher she is super helpful. If you need help, whenever u see her she will help you even if it is not her office hours. she is not the easiest teacher but if u work fair enough u will be fine. i just loved her class so much and the essays were mostly about life experiences which makes it easier.

Wilson is by far the greatest English teacher ever!!! She always was there if you needed anything. She was interested in each student and learned about each of our own personalities. Best English class you will ever take.

I thought she was a great teacher there is no possible way to fail her class. she teaches you how to do every essay step by step. Her textbook gives you good essay examples. When you ask for help she helps out extensively. She is really nice and i highly recommend her.

Mrs. Wilson is a great teacher. Her way of teaching is different from other eng teachers but I believe it was very effective towards me. I enjoyed her class.I'm not a good writer but I now feel very confident with writting. The porfolio thing is different in a good way and more helpful to you because you get to see your own progress.

I had Mrs. Wilson for English 1A, and what a disappointment. She acts nice, but that won't last long. The way she grades her papers makes no sense, and a girl with a reading disorder failed and dropped out despite numerous visits to her lab. I, and many others, dropped in the end. Avoid her if you can!

If you are looking for a very challenging teacher... I would recommend you to take Mrs. Wilson's class. She's a really GREAT teacher especially for Engl 905 but I suggest that you don't take her for your Engl 108 A because she expects you to work SUPER hard... harder than you thought to be able to get an A. Yes! She is boring but very helpful.

Shes the most ****ed up teacher I've ever had! She keeps you there the entire class, usually longer, her method of teaching is ridiculous, shes god-forsake-nly boring, and her grading system is borderline retarded! only one person got an A in a class of over 30!
