Tough grader but seems to be because she really wants you to actually learn how to do what ever she is teaching correctly so I guess its not that bad. Her assignments are very unclear though and she never gives a solid due date, which is good if your a slacker but not if you like to be ahead of the curve because you just never know.

Waste of time. You don't learn a single thing because she doesn't test you on important topics. She must think it is funny to ask you what room in the house does the third most fire deaths occur in New York State? Or, How many grams of fiber in a half cup of apples? Needs to try actually teaching topics that are relevent and important.

i understand that it's hard to make class interesting with 150 students, so DON'T take it @ 8am, cuz you will only take a nap! also, if you have already taken other HLS courses, this one is an easy review of family life, nutrition, mental health, etc.
