This teacher is amazing. We are so fortunate to have someone of her caliber teaching at UNR. She's not only a great teacher but her work with Native Americans is so important. She's kind of a big deal so take advantage of the fact that our small school has a professor of this quality.

Dr. Fowler knows her material inside & out. She doesn't blow you over the head with it, though. She describes & explains the material in an engaging, light manner that does not detract from its import. Definitely take her class if you enjoy being challenged to use your mind & open it, too.

This class is responsible for my newfound fascination with Native American arts. Dr. Fowler knows so much about the subject, and shows beautiful slides in class. If you're into art, don't miss this class. (Diversity credit!)
