Catherine is such a nice lady and great professor. She's always smiling, has a good sense of humor, and gets you fired up about a lot of issues. She also genuinely cares about her students and people in general. Her quizzes are easy if you've done the reading. If you take WS, take it with her!

I absolutely loved her class, I never once skipped the because i didnt want to miss her discussions. I learned so much, Professor Grow is excellent! If you are taking WS 100, take her course!

She is really great. The class is not too difficult, she is a pretty easy grader, and she is amazing when it comes to understanding people. If you have a problem, talk to her and she will work with you so you can pass the class.

Grading was based on quizzes, two papers and a take-home final. She is very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend this class to anyone. Just be aware that there is lots of reading and writing involved.
