I would definitely recommend! She is so amazing and dedicated. To some she might be a little intimidating, but she is attentive to your needs and really cares about how her students do. She offers very constructive feedback and believes in you. Very effective teacher as well. Highly recommend!!

Masson is most definitely intimidating. She made me repeatedly pronounce certain words in front of the entire class until my prononciation was perfect. However, she is an extremely talented and passionate professor and opened my eyes to the depth of French drama.

Catherine Masson is tough, but you will learn A LOT. She intimidates many students..and even faculty, but she's one of the most dedicated professors at Wellesley. If you work hard, you'll realize quickly that deep down she's very caring, sincere, and genuine.
