Hardest class of my life and Coolidge did not make it any easier. Expects the most of students. All tests are essay tests and online quiz's are very difficult. Does not help that this class is online, meaning the concepts are super hard and you have to mostly teach yourself. She does respond to emails, cares about student success? I think not.

Why Health Econ is an online course is beyond me... but this is the only choice for this class. Get ready to put all of your effort into this one class. There are rarely meetings, and the exams are nothing like what you will have learned. Get ready for a TON of memorizing and confusion. Exams are all WRITTEN. No multiple choice.

This teacher was the most difficult teacher I have ever worked with. She has no compassion for students and is very stubborn. She already has her mind set and won't admit to being wrong. As long as you look over her notes that are provided and look over the chapters in the book you will get a good grade. I would avoid this teacher if possible.

The subject is pretty difficult with hard to grasp concepts. Taking it online added to the difficulty. It was hard to get help on the subjects without face to face time. Coolidge does answer emails in a timely manner. She has a difficult personality, she is set in her ways, so don't expect much compassion from her or extra assistance.

If you pay attention during lecture and take notes, you should be able to get a decent grade, unless you simply have trouble understanding the basic ideas of microeconomics. The lectures were straightforward and the tests were based off what you learned in class. She also seems very smart.

The most boring class ... she does give studyguides, but they are pointless... unless you can memorize them then u can get at least a 50% in exam ... all the exams are short answer no multiple choice...she is very helpful in her office hours :) and does take attendance there is no group projects or presentations ... GOOD LUCK !!!

Do not take this class if she is teaching, You learn nothing. She makes it impossible to pay attention. She talking to the board only. Her lectures are pointless and you leave knowing absolutely nothing! Her study guides are nothing like the test. DO NOT TAKE HER!!!

Test are very difficult, I filled her study guide and barely got a C. Her lectures are extremely boring, feel alseep for a few minutes almost every class. She takes EVERYTHING, directly from myecon lab. Im sure the test are from there, because they are simular to the quizes. I do not recommend her, difficult and boring.

if you have the option, absolutely do not take this teacher. her expectations precede her teaching on a whole new level. she isnt good at answering questions directly, she mumbles, and is the most monotone voice ive ever heard. definitely avoid her.

She doesn't make class mandatory although she randomly takes roll and if she pasts back tests and you aren't there she will mark you down for attendance. Her lectures are super boring and expects you to read the book before class and understand the text. Her tests are extremely hard and lectures don't help much.

show up, pay attention, take notes, do the quizzes, do the study guides, read the book, and do OK on the tests/final. all her tests include essays. lectures are super boring but helpful for tests. always showed up 5 minutes late for class each and every day. i got a B.

She is super boring! She lectures the entire class and it doesn't help with test really one bit. You have to register with this coourse compass thing, chp quizzes have to be taken after she finishes lecture on them in class. Not mandatory attendance, but she did take roll a few times, it depends. She's very scattered brained. Avoid this professor!

Took in Fall07. If you read the book and especially...especially do the MyEconLabs you will pass. Sit in front so you wont be disturbed by the dopes--the ones that will later complain about failing because they never bothered to study.
