I think she focuses on little stories in class more than teaching sometimes. She can be a good teacher at times. But because she makes her class so boring she loses everyone's attention. Not to mention the people hiding behind the seat sleeping on the floor. You can't even focus because you doze off! Don't take her! Like seriously don't!

Good teacher overall. Very friendly and approachable. Somewhat ditzy at times. Goes over material several times in lecture. Exams are easy once you learn material. Gives extra credit. Should be an easy grade if show up half the time, do the homework, and take the exams.

She's a nice teacher, BUT... she's a complete and total airhead. I mean how is she teaching and she's that dumb? Classes are extremely boring and you have to wait every time before you can write something down because she changes it five times. She's tells you exactly what you need to know, but the constant cheeriness makes me mad!

class is extremely easy as long as you go to class. Class is boring, but she teaches you everything that is going to be on the test, and she is EXTREMELY thorough about it.

I know she means well, but all she does is odd homework problems on the overhead in lectures. Her teaching style is boring and most of the time I find it hard to pay attention. However, her exams are very fair and she let's you use your own formula sheets for the exams. The quizzes are extra credit, so you can get up to 25 extra points.

It's not a difficult class but she is just so very confused and airheaded. She just stands up in front with this nervous disposition and has this creepy smile plastered on her face. I would learn more from 10 minuts in recitation than a week of lecture. I had a lot of trouble staying awake in class. Take someone else if you can.

This class was so great. I HATE math, I really suck at it but this was easy even for me. I went to class and did the homework. The class is not oever yet but I'm doing good so far! She's very nice and explains things so I understand them. I like her a lot and recommend her to anybody who sucks at math!

The material in this class is not hard. However this teacher is by far the worst teacher I have ever had my entire academic career. I understood the course material better than she did . Many of her test errors in them, and despite class complaints this women did nothing to change the situation and her teaching style. DO NOT TAKE THIS INSTRUCTER

Best NIU math teacher i've ever had. She's rare! she'll explain repeatedly until you understand. Alot of spelling/math mistakes on the board, but...she'll still make you learn. Highly Recommended!

well, overall this class is not hard to pass. practice exams are EXACTLY like actual exams. except for her dyslexia and staring-off-into-space habit, she's decent. as long as you study and pay attention in class, this class will be easy.

a very nice teacher that can be very helpful, but probably isn't the best expert in her field, assignments are easy but tests are pretty hard, she can get confused when explaining examples but not the worst teacher to have
