She takes attendance each class. She knows what she is teaching. Tests are easy of you do your homework. She has study session before each test, but not the final. Study session are spread out so you will most likely be able to go if you needed. Really nice lady.

She was the best prof I have ever had. She is such a kind person and very understanding. I loved the way she teaches, you only have five tests a semester and the final. She would give you homework but wouldn't check it or go over it in class, it was optional for your own good. When the tests would come around she gave study days to help you more!

Takes attendence eah class. Her tests are so very hard. She is a sweet lady. I love math but she explains the material in a way that is hard to understand. I hated this class.

She is stern, or at least seems it at some points. Really knows what she is doing and is willing to help to make you succeed by offering study sessions for each test and study guides with everything that you need to know for the exams. Best math prof you could ask for.

took her for math 103&104. VERY helpful, has study sessions before each test, if you go to class and do the homework, YOU WILL PASS. I did pretty bad on most of the tests in math 103 (75-85%)ended up passing with a b because she tells you EXACTLY whats on the final. although mat 104 is definitely MUCH harder,knowing whats on the final will help you

Love this prof. She's so easy to understand. She goes through things fast, so go to class. Also gives homework during the week, which I recommend doing, and a review before the test. Do the homework, study notes, and its an easy A. I'm taking her again next semester because she teaches you and teaches you how to teach kids.

SUCH A WONDERFUL PROFESSOR. I do feel like I am an elementary student sometimes though, which makes this class easier to learn, esp since it's math and I'm terrible at it. You do NEED to go to class everyday and try to do the homework, it helps A LOT. I recommend taking her.

Second time having this prof - i'm okay at math - if you go to class, DO THE HOMEWORK, and she has study sessions, you can get an A in her class. there are only 5 tests and a final, so you must do well on the tests - she gives you a review of everything on the test before hand - and again study sessions. very helpful

I had to drop this class and I'm usually an A/B student... i got Bs on the first 2 tests but that's only because i knew how to do everything already. the other tests i had no idea what i was doing:( DO NOT TAKE HER, she never understood my questions and was not helpful at all!!

I am really bad at math. I had heard good things about her, but I think her teaching method is awful. If you don't do well on the tests there is really no way of getting any other points. Her tests were WAY to long and had trouble finishing them in time which is where a lot of my points were lost. If you aren't good at math, find someone else.

her class is fairly easy. there are about 5 tests an a final. no pop quizzes, no graded homework, so you must make sure you do well on the exams. Overall she is extremely helpful and clear, and there are always review sessions you can go to before the exam

TAKE HER!!!! best teacher i've had here at KU. Im taking her for 2 more maths. Attendance is necessary but you can miss a day or two. textbook isnt really needed till you get the study sheet. you get a study guide for what will be on the test. SUPER EASY. THE EASIEST A YOU WILL GET IN COLLEGE!

This teacher is GREAT! All her answers on the test she puts on the board. She gives you a study sheet a week before the test & you have the class before the test to ask her ANY questions you may have. SHES WONDERFUL. Attendance is mandatory but if you do, it's an Easy A! & if you miss a class, just ask for the notes. SERIOUSLY, TAKE HER!
