I took Prof Ogaz a few years ago. I loved her class, although there was A LOT of reading. The disgruntled people are usually the ones who didn't keep up with the reading.

charla is one of the COOLEST teachers I have EVER had! The class is SO interesting-just do the reading and you'll be fine. it is alot, but get over it-you're in college. this class makes you THINK. I would take her again!

Her classes are sort of unstructured, and it's often hard to figure out what is going on. The way the essay prompts are worded are difficult to understand. There is a lot of reading. But, she's a good teacher and really nice. Participation counts.

Cool teacher. Keep up with the reading and you'll do fine. She does warn you at the beginning that what she teaches is biased from a feminist view, but she does have a very open mind.

I LOVE CHARLA! She is awesome! First day of class she had us sit in a circle, telling us that the only way we could have a discussion was if we could see each other. Wow. Imagine that. A lot of reading, but worthwhile. Was my favorite class this semester!

Great Class! Ogaz is a good teacher, she'll present you thought provoking issues. She doesn't pressure students by testing but instead asks you to read, write summary, and discuss books. One Final essay but this class allows you to actually learn!

Dr. Ogaz is a very good prof. She is thoughtful and very knowledgable. She takes the time to get to know her students and goes the extra mile for them! She knows a lot about social issues and encourges service learning!
