Comment:
A brilliant chemist, my bet is that in the lab, he is like Einstein. He seems flustered a lot, constantly dropping things, says oops a lot so you're not sure if what he just said was good or part of the oops. Does not explain clearly, often skips over key information and gives pop quizzes on things he hasn't fully taught. Avoid!

He definately knows his material, but he just doesn't know how to describe it and teach clearly. He teaches straight from the book (which has a lot of mistakes its self).

Was willing to help, but he had no idea what was going on. The TA's knew more about what was happening than he did. Not a good prof

Neat class material and worthwhile lectures. Huge amount of papers and reading material handed out, but all relevent to the world of surfaces. Not extremely hard, but pretty educational class. Recommended.

A decent prof. He's always willing to help and explains things really well when you talk to him one on one. His public speaking skills aren't the best, but he definitely cares about his students. His class is fairly easy, and the midterm wasn't too bad.

He is not a good teacher in front of the class, but is fairly helpful if you ask a question outside of class. He is not able to answer questions about the material that are not written in the notes. Quizzes and tests are usually fair.

This guy is very helpful outside of class, and his exams and quizzes are fair. However, he has trouble presenting the material, and often stutters in front of the class. He has much trouble answering questions in class. Nice Sweatshirt
