Best professor ever. He is funny, but in a you gotta be on your toes to catch it kind of way. I took him for everything possible. If you get the chance- take him! You won't regret it. All you need to do is study for the tests from lecture notes and PPTs and you'll be golden. Also, he likes to mention test q's during class so write those down!

Take this professor!!! Seriously an awesome guy. His lectures can be a little dry at times, but then he cracks a joke or uses a pun and everything is all good again. He's really laid back and as long as you pay attention then you'll pass with no trouble at all!

Dr. Edwards is one of the nicest professors I've had. He is super down to earth and he knows his stuff. I've never heard anything negative about him or his teaching style. His tests are exactly what you learn in class so as long as you actually study (and not just the night before the test) you'll do fine!

Dr. Edwards is amazing! His lectures are clear and to the point, and he posts the slides online. He is super friendly, laid-back, and funny too. He likes to make drug-related jokes and tell funny anecdotes, which I actually found useful when trying to remember info for exams. No homework, but the exams were difficult, so study a lot!

Was very apprehensive about retrying Learning Theory. However, go to class, supplement your notes with text, and STUDY. I got an A! Great guy too. Material can be dry, but he makes it as bearable as possible. VERY considerate of student's needs. A+++

He's my advisor and a great professor, but learning theory was so hard to get interested in the material. If you take him make sure it's not an early morning class. He lectures the whole class and tries to be funny but this just isn't his best class to teach. I had him for Drugs and he was just fine. This class... not so much. Monotonous.

He's a great guy! I've had him for sensation and perception and drugs and i found him to be very interesting in both. Likes to teach by telling stories about things, which I think is really helpful. MUST HAVE YOUR BOOK! everything is right out of the book read that and BB and you'll be great.

I had him for sensation and perception and that was my FAVORITE class ever. He made it worth being at 9 am. He was very fun and gave EXACT outlines of the test to study from. First time I ever got an A in a science class! I also had him for experimental and loved seeing him twice a day. I'm taking him again this summer! LOVE him!

Teaches at the speed of light, and admits he's wrong half the time. He's helpful to whiners who don't want to do any work. The rat lab part was fun but he taught NOTHING of value in the class. When he stands at the front of the room it sounds like Charlie Brown's teacher. Wah, Wah, Wah! The book you MUST read is excrutiatingly painful.

Great guy overall. Tends to confuse the class when he makes mistakes (which happens often enough). He is willing to help and clarify more. Tests are easy enough, along with the homework. He does say 'umm' and 'uhh' often. He likes to point out 'the wrinkles' with certain things and he loves calculators. I enjoyed having him as a professor.

I don't know why everyone loves him, i mean he is helpful ( gives you notes if you miss) and the test are right from the book ( so highlight) but I learned nothing, he did what he calls "speed teaching" and there is very Little open discussion which would be nice for a drug class. I would only take him again cause hes easy not to learn
