The reason I am minoring in French now is Charles Martin. He is so helpful, fair, and easy, it's a wonder that more kids didn't flock to his classes. Between him and the other assistants-turned-professors in the department, by far the coolest guy around, even taught us applicable french slang for our trips abroad. Too bad you missed out on him.
