Despite the fact that the readings bored me to tears, I enjoyed this class. I did hate the fact that his quizzes were all focused on specifics within the readings, instead of theory and analysis. His lectures are very funny, and he is a nice guy when you talk to him on the side. He's also pretty hot. Just be sure to study and attend class regularly.

So good i actually voted for him as prof of the year...who the hell does that, someone who thinks this guy is an amazing prof. Classes are always interesting because of how energetic he is. Tests are difficult only if you don't study. Zola's intelligence changed my view of PSUHN!

Dr. Zola is probably the best professor I ever had. He is fair, he makes the material interesting, and you actually have to study for the tests. You learn something! He is a very nice person and is an asset to Penn State. Long live Zola and Monopoly!

I honestly think zola is the best teacher i ever had, (no ass kissing) he makes class a REal learning experience. you gotta read now and then but it pays off. makes everything relate to how college students think, beer sex rock-roll. if you have time ---TAKE THIS CLASS---.

Do the readings and debate like hell. Good teacher and a funny guy. Take the class, you'll love it. On a side note, he's also not shy about kicking butt, one day came into class with a black eye, but he's HUGE so I'd love to see the other guy.
